THE BOOTCAMP | MON / WED / FRI
Held at Spruce Grove Park, these full-send, high-intensity bootcamp sessions are for those who want to go get some in our backyard. We blend HIIT, cardio and strength training for the ultimate full-body workout - one minute you're battling ropes and slamming balls, the next you’re running a lap of the field. It’s gritty, it’s loud, and it’s highly addictive.
THE WORKOUT | TUES / THURS
Hosted indoors at Whistler Village Inn & Suites, this strength-focused class combines weight and interval training to build a solid foundation of power, control, and endurance. You’ll master the basics, see real progression and feel the difference, with every session structured to challenge you just enough. It’s tough, rewarding and big on endorphins.
back to bootcamp basics
RAW Training is stripped-back, real bootcamp-style workouts, in the heart of Whistler. The focus is simple: build strength in body and mind with zero-fluff, functional movement that builds a foundation for your fun. In Summer, we take most classes outside for that true “hands-in-the-dirt”, gritty bootcamp experience.
Expect high-energy sessions using dumbbells, battle ropes, slam balls, kettlebells, and plyometric boxes. It’s challenging, it’s effective, it’s rough around the edges; it’s RAW, and it’s a f**king good time.
